4-Week Spring Reset Series: Week 1 - Clearing the Clutter
Spring-cleaning your life starts here.
If your brain feels noisy, scattered, and constantly behind - this is where we start making a change.
There’s something about this time of year that makes you crave a reset. Even if your New Year’s resolutions disappeared by February or January felt like one long gray Monday, you can sense the shift. The evenings stretch a little longer and the air just feels softer. You open a window just for a minute and suddenly the whole house feels ready for change.
Even the least organized of us feel it. Bedding gets stripped. Closets emptied. Drawers reorganized. Before you know it, you’re surrounded by donation bags at 2AM wondering why you ever needed three identical black tops (why, though?).
That’s spring energy. It’s cleansing, a little chaotic, and deeply satisfying.
Over the next 4 weeks, we’re going to focus on rebuilding your daily routine and lifestyle from the ground up. Each week will build on the last and you’ll see all of the little improvements add up along the way. We won’t ask you to sign up for a marathon or start some crazy detox cleanse, all we’ll ask is for you to try to make one small change to get the ball rolling. And trust us, you’ll be surprised at just how much seeing the results of that one small change will motivate you to keep moving forward.
Week 1 = Clearing the Clutter.
Before you think about making any changes, you need to create the space to do so. Think about it, what’s the point of adding more habits to your life - regardless of how good they are - if they’re simply piling up on top of pre-existing habits that aren’t useful at all? It’s a fast-track road to stress and overwhelm. So you need to clear out the clutter and make space for what actually works. You can’t have a fresh start when those old habits are still there.
The Core Problem (What’s Actually Happening)
Have you ever sat in your office unable to concentrate on your work because of the pile of laundry that needs to be done or the dishes that need to be washed or the to-do list that’s giving you endless anxiety? This is how clutter messes with your focus.
Let’s look at a few different types of clutter you need to clean up:
- Mental clutter (unfinished tasks, constant mental tabs open)
- Digital clutter (notifications, email, scrolling)
- Environmental clutter (visual chaos)
- Nervous system clutter (stress, poor sleep, overstimulation)
All of the above are going to lead to issues like brain fog, procrastination, starting tasks you never finish, and feeling constantly busy but never actually being productive. Choose the one that impacts you most and work on it first. If it’s visual chaos, move that laundry basket so it’s not within eyeshot (or even better, do the laundry). If it’s digital clutter, turn your phone on airplane mode. You get the vibe, but will you do it? Read on to make sure you do.
Your Week 1 Focus (Actionable + Foundational)
The key this week is to stay practical and the goal is to create space in your brain and environment around you.
How to do this:
- Brain dump everything that’s looping in your head.
- Turn off non-essential notifications.
- Clear your primary workspace.
- Choose one daily priority.
- Stabilize basics (sleep, protein, hydration).
Morning reset ritual (5 minutes)
Start your day with space, not noise.
- 5 minutes without your phone.
- Glass of water.
- Brief natural light
- One intention for the day
It doesn’t need to be perfect. It just needs to be intentional.
Extra Support
Creating and sustaining the habits should always come first. But a little extra support can make the process easier while you’re clearing the clutter.
NooFocus is there for mental clarity. If you’re dealing with brain fog, procrastination, or feeling scattered, it helps support focus and steady thinking while you build better habits. It’s not a magical potion, but it does help clear your head and your brain will feel less scrambled so you can actually follow through on your plans.
Then there’s Liposomal Glutathione.
This one works more in the background. When you’re stressed, run down, or not sleeping well, your body carries that load - and your brain feels it. Lipo Glutathione helps support your body’s natural reset systems and overall stress balance.

In simple terms:
• NooFocus helps you think clearer.
• Liposomal Glutathione helps your body feel less overloaded.
The habits you build will clear the space for change, and supplemental support helps you stay consistent.
Your Simple Action Plan for This Week
Don’t overcomplicate it or you’ll likely give up on day 1. This is all about keeping it simple and doable.
This week, focus on:
- A 5-minute brain dump every morning.
- Turning off non-essential notifications.
- Clearing your main workspace.
- Choosing ONE priority each day.
That’s it.
You don’t need a new personality or a perfect routine. You just need space. So do the clear-out first and amp it up a level later. Check in with us this time next week for the second post in this series and let’s get a spring back in your step.
